CHICAGO (MAY 26, 2008) — The Kopley Group announced a ground breaking program in residential real estate: A No Questions Asked, 2 Year Price Buy–Back Guarantee, at their Renaissance Lofts located in Chicago, Illinois. The company will buy back lofts sold now, at the price buyers paid for them, if the new owners have a change of heart, any time during that period. It is not necessary for the new owners to provide a reason.
